Fiona is a qualified Yoga and Fitness Instructor specialising in functional movement, strength and mobility.
Private 1-2-1 or small group sessions, (max 4 people) are available to book at the club. Unlike overcrowded and generic gym classes, you'll receive a personalised session to suit your specific needs/requirements, as well as Fiona's full attention. Special discounted rates are available for club members.
