Booking information
How to book a court
- Members can book up to two weeks ahead and pay in advance or on arrival
- Non-members can book up to 1 week ahead. Payment must be made at the time of booking
- You are liable for payment of the full fee if you fail to show up or cancel within 24 hrs of your booking
- You are liable for payment of 50% of the fee for all cancellations prior to 24hrs before your booking
- Any non-member playing as part of a member booking will pay £1.00 extra per half hour played
- Indoor courts are booked in multiples of half hour sessions
- Block bookings (of at least 4 weeks) may be made by members or non-members. Members may pay weekly on arrival. Non-members must pay the full block booking at the time of booking and this payment is non refundable
- The court rates are not negotiable and will remain at the same rate if lights are not used

Casual bookings: by phone on 0115 981 1699 or in person at reception
Block bookings: by completion of an
application form available from the club. Block booking is dependant upon court availability
