The WBTC gym has 9 stations, including a mutligym resistance machine, which can be used to work every single body part. There is a great mix of cardiovascular equipment on offer, ranging from treadmills to an arm bike.
The most impressive aspect of the gym is the matted space available to use. With exercise techniques changing, this is a great opportunity to be able to develop your core stability, resulting in less injuries and improved movement efficiency of the whole body.
